Bake & Shark
Shark, yes shark fried, then there is the Bake which is made of flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and oil for frying.......Nothing much is to be said about this because you just have to taste it, it is great.
You can find the best Bake & Shark (in my opinion) at Maracus Bay beach, on the north coast of Trinidad.3 comments:

I've seen Bake & Shark on Bizarre Food with Andrew Zimmern and boy did it look good. I wonder how it tastes. The only thing shark I've ever eaten is shark fin soup and that's it.
You could also find it at Bake & Things on church just picked up 2.. lol...Well this is certainly a favorite in my opinion...
Wait...is this like, real REAL Shark? Ah sweet, I'm gonna try one when I find this place!
