Trini Cooking
I enjoy cooking because I cook to survive. I love food so from young I always paid attention to family members who knew how to cook an pick up different ideas and make them my own. From since I was around the age of 12 I have been in the kitchen. I first learned how to boil rice (believe it not, not everyone can do that). Trini cooking to me is easier because it is my background and culture. I don't mind learning new things or just simply cooking a new dish. Its fun. One should learn to cook if they don't know how to because its fun.

I love to cook, too. I learned a lot just by watching my mom cooking. Since I started to live on my own, I had no choice but to do some serious learning or else I'm screwed. Honestly, who can afford to buy food from restaurants every night besides the ridiculously rich people?

What's your reason for writing this blog (what's the theme of your blog)? Because I don't really get the theme right away. It's a nice start but maybe you need to rewrite your blog description because it's too vague and doesn't do your blog any justice. You give details your story, though. So keep it up ^_^!
I like the overall appearance and color of this blog, but I think there could have been more pictures and text about cooking than the other videos with the baby and the guys.
